About Amy Park:
Amy Park is a Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, author, and Registered Trauma Nurse. She possesses a contagious, inspirational spirit that puts her clients immediately at ease. She has studied exclusively with Michael Bennett of Bennett/Stellar University and recently opened her practice in Upstate NY in the foothills of the Catskills.
Amy discovered the miraculous benefits of Hypnotherapy and NLP while doing research for her Phd. Michael Bennett utilized a Time Line Regression technique which cured Amy's crippling anxiety stemming from her traumatic childhood.
Amy is a buddhist and continues her studies and advocacy of adjunct and complimentary therapies. She actively promotes holistic medical approaches, educating the lay person in taking control of one's own healing through the mind- body connection.
Amy specializes in medical Hypnotherapy to significantly reduce stress, pain, and drug usage during invasive procedures. Amy is also dedicated to helping other survivors of childhood abuse by continually perfecting her techniques in Time Line Regression Coaching.
